Applications are invited from qualified and eligible candidates for the posts of Officer Grade B for the following positions:

• Officer Information Technology (Grade B)
• Officer General Stream (Grade B)

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on contractual basis.
• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the interview.
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of their qualification and experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Officer Information Technology (Grade B)

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Information Technology / Computer Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with Master’s Degree in Computer Application with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Web Designing, Content Development, etc.
• Good knowledge of Media i.e., how it operates, and what types of media to use for different purposes
• Should have ability to Simplify Complex Information and communicate it to different groups
• Should have excellent communication, research, writing, editing and presentation skills
• Should have knowledge of different Web Design and print methods and should ensure easy viewing, friendliness and richness in content

For Officer General Stream (Grade B)

• MBA Degree / Master’s Degree in Management / Postgraduate Diploma in Management / Master’s Degree in Economics / Commerce with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing a team in Call Center
• Should have knowledge of Call Center Telephony and Technology
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
• Good working knowledge of Computer Applications

Required Age

• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms).
