Applications are invited from experienced aspirants for the post of Chief Economist. 

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on deputation basis, initially for a period of three years.
• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of their qualification and experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Master’s Degree in Economic / Finance with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
• Candidates, who have PhD Degree in Economic / Finance from a recognized University, will be preferred
• Minimum 20 years of working experience, out of which 5 years should be on a similar position in a reputed Financial Sector Organization
• Should have published reputed Journals
• Should have good knowledge of Policy Research in Financial Sector
• Must have strong Communication Skills and have Leadership competencies. 

Required Age

Candidates should be above the age of 40 years and below the age of 55 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms).
