Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible and qualified candidates, for the post of Assistant Professors at various departments.

Note : The recruitment is to be done on contractual basis or for leave vacancies for a period of 1 year or till the permanent recruitment. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Walk-in-Interview. The interview is scheduled to be held on 13th Sept,2011, from 10.00 am. Eligibility Conditions :
- Medical qualification include in the first or second Schedule of Part II of third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956
- Degree of MD/MS in the concerned specialty or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University
- Minimum 3 years of teaching and/or research experience after prescribed post-graduation at a recognized teaching institute in the concerned specialty
Required Age:
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years

How To Apply:
- Candidates, who fill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can appear for the Walk-in-Interview
- The interview is scheduled to be held on 13th Sept, 2011, from 10.00 AM, at Director Office
- Before appearing for the interview, candidates should obtain the DD for Rs 1000, drawn in the favor of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow Academic Account, payable at SGPGIMS, Lucknow (SBI - Code No - 7789)
- Candidates should bring the duly complete Application form, along with the one passport size photograph, DD and all the documents with them, as it’s mandatory
