Type: Employment Notices

Applications are invited from young, talented and skillful candidates for the following positions:

• Assistant
• Junior Assistant
• Library Attendant 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on contract basis for a period of six months. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Academics, Type Test and Personal Interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the type test / interview. 

• The schedule of type test and interview will be intimated to all short-listed candidates, by the screening committee. For complete details regarding the recruitment and format of application, candidates can visit the official website of Delhi University: http://www.du.ac.in/. 

Eligibility Conditions 

For Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum one year of work experience in the area of Accounts & Finance, and Accounting Software
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Computer Applications

For Junior Assistant

• Passed Senior Secondary qualification (10+2) with 2nd class division from a reputed Board / School
  
  
• Candidates, who have Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with working knowledge of MS Office, will be preferred.

For Library Attendant

• Passed Class 10 Examination from a reputed Board / School
  
  
• Certificate Course in Library Science from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Should have training or work experience in a Library
  
  
• Should have working knowledge of Computer 

Required Age

• 30 years: Assistant / Library Attendant
• 27 years: Junior Assistant
