Note: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of personal interview. Final decision will be taken by the selection committee. Eligibility Conditions
For Chief Economist (in rank of Chief General Manager)
- Master’s degree in Economics with specialization in Monetary / Financial Economics / Econometrics from a recognized University / Institute
- Doctorate degree in Banking / Economics / Finance / Management from a recognized University will be preferred
- Minimum 18 years of working experience in Banks / Financial Institutions / reputed Corporate
- Should have high skills in Quantitative Techniques and thorough knowledge of Financial Sector / Financial Market / Indian and Global Economics
For Chief General Manager (Capital Advisory Services or Marketing of Financial / Loan Product)
- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management (PGDM), MBA / CA / Degree in Engineering / ICWA or Bachelor’s degree with PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / MBA in Marketing from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 18 years of working experience in the relevant field, out of which 5 years of experience should be in the field of merchant banking / investment banking / venture capital / private equity or marketing of financial products
For General Managers (HR & Industrial Relations / Risk Management / Treasury)
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations / Social Sciences or PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / MBA in HR / IR from a recognized University / Institute Or Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / CA / MBA / PGDBM / Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Or Bachelor’s degree with PGDBA / PGDBM / DM / MBA / CA / ICWA / Degree in Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 14 years of working experience, out of which 5 years of experience should be in the field of HR & Industrial Relations / Risk Management / Treasury
For Deputy General Manager (Taxation / Audit & Inspection)
- CA with LLB degree from a recognized University / Institute or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with MBA / PGDBA / PGDM / PGDBM from a recognized University / Institute or CA / ICWA
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, out of which 5 years should in the field of Taxation / Audit & Inspection
Assistant General Managers (Risk Management / Treasury / Taxation)
- Master’s Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / CA / MBA / PGDBM / Degree of Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Or Bachelor’s degree with PGDBA / PGDBM / DM/MBA / CA / ICWA / Degree of Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Or CA degree with LLB degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, out of which 3 years should in the field of Risk Management / Treasury / Taxation
Required Age
- 57 years: Chief Economist, Chief General Manager & General Managers
- 55 years: Deputy General Manager
- 45 years: Assistant General Managers
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms
