South Western Railway Recruitment 2012 – 91 Various Vacancies: South Western Railway has issued notification against recruitment of 91 various vacancies as Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 30th Jul, 2012.

Names of Post

• Commercial Clerk – 22 vacancies
• Ticket Examiner/Ticket Collector – 05 vacancies
• Trains Clerk – 01 vacancy
• Junior Clerk cum Typist – 42 vacancies
• Account Clerk cum Typist – 03 vacancies
• Junior Stenographer (English) – 09 vacancies
• Assistant Station Master – 09 vacancies

Age Limit

• Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 33 years for Asst Station Master post and between 18 yrs and 30 yrs for the rest of the posts. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 1st Jul, 2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must hold Degree from recognised University for Asst Station Master Post and must be pass outs in Matriculation for all the remaining posts.

Selection Process

• Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test followed by Document Verification and Medical Fitness Test.
