Age Limit

The age should not less than 18 years and should not more than 44 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 1^st Jan, 2016.

Qualification

Candidates should have possess diploma in electrical engineering / Diploma (DEE) or diploma in electrical engineering and electronics engineering (DEEE) and other equivalent qualification recognized by the board / council.

Selection Procedure

The selection will be based on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates applying for the position of sub – engineer electrical is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to BC communities.

Candidates applying for the position of sub – engineer electrica are required to pay application fee Rs.100/-by online through TS online centre / portal / internet banking / debit card / credit card. Candidates have pay Rs.120/- by online through TS online centre / portal. Schedule caste categories candidates / Schedule tribe categories candidates / BC categories candidates and physically handicapped categories candidates are exempted from application fee.
