Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admissions into three year full time Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program, which is offered at Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences (IGIDS) for 2013-14. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Applicants should have passed their BDS from an institute recognized by DCI and must have obtained permanent registration.
  
  
• They should have completed/completing their internship by 30^th Apr, 2013. 

How to Apply

• The completed application form with enclosures should be submitted to the college office by post or in person.
  
  
• Selected candidates must pay their fees by demand draft drawn in favor of the SBV university payable at Puducherry on or before the last date to:
  
  Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University
  Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences
  Pillaiyarkuppam
  Puducherry 607402.
  
  
• The cost of application form and prospectus is Rs.1500. 

Selection Procedure

• The selection shall be done on the basis of entrance examination conducted by the institute.
  
  
• Candidates belonging to general category should secure a minimum of 50% marks and other category students should secure a minimum of 40% marks.

• Last date for receiving completed applications form: 4^th Mar, 2013 (Monday)
• Date of written examination: 9^th Mar, 2013 (Saturday)
