Applications are invited from well-qualified citizens of India for Combined Recruitment 2011, for the following posts:

• Assistant Grade III (AG III) (General / Accounts / Technical / Depot)
• Assistant Grade II (AG II)
• Typist (Hindi Posts)

Note: The appointment for the posts of Assistant Grade III is to be done region wise as follows:

North Zone Category III / South Zone Category III / West Zone Category III

• Assistant Grade III (General)
• Assistant Grade III (Accounts)
• Assistant Grade III (Technical)
• Assistant Grade III (Depot)

East Zone Category III / North East Zone Category III

• Assistant Grade III (General)
• Assistant Grade III (Accounts)

Note: Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the written test, followed by computer proficiency test / skill test and personal interview. The written test is scheduled to be held as follows:

• 22^nd Jan, 2012: Assistant Grade II & Typist (Hindi Posts)
• 2^nd &  3^rd Feb, 2011: Assistant Grade III

The written examination will be conducted at following Places:

The online registration for Part I began from October 29, 2011 and will close on November 23, 2011. Registration for Part II began on October 29, 2011 and will close on November 25, 2011. Eligibility Conditions

For Assistant Grade III (General / Accounts / Technical / Depot)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from a recognized University / Institute Or
• B Sc degree in Agriculture / Botany / Zoology / Bio-Technology / Bio-Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Science from a recognized University / Institute Or B Tech / BE degree in Food Science / Food Science & Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Bio-Technology from a recognized University / Institution
• Should have proficiency in Computers Applications
• Candidates should be below the age of 27 years

For Assistant Grade II

• Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi as themain subject from a recognized University / Institute
• Should haveproficiency in English
• Minimum one year of experience in Translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa
• Post Graduate qualification in Hindi will be preferred
• Candidates should be below the age of 28 years

For Typist (Hindi Posts)

•     Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have Hindi Typing speed of 30 WPM
• Candidates having knowledge of Lingual Typing in English and Hindi and Computer Application will be preferred
• Candidates should be below the age of 25 years

Application Fee: Rs 200 (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / EXS / Women candidates)

How To Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can fill the online application form by visiting the official link of SSC: http://ssconline.nic.in/registration/.
• Candidates have to first register themselves in Part I Registration by filling the online application form.
• After successful submission of Part I form, the system will generate a Registration No, which the candidates should keep it with them for further process.
• After registering with Part I Application form, candidates have to make the fee payment of Rs 200, by using Net-banking, debit card, credit card, or cash through SBI Challan.
• Candidates, using cash for payment, should download the system generated Fee Payment Challan and make the fee payment in any SBI Branch.
• Only after making the fee payment, the candidates can proceed for Registration Part II.
• For completion of Registration Part II, candidates have to fill the fee payment details and have to upload the scanned image of a recent passport-size photograph and signature.
