Applications are invited applications from well-educated, skillful and competent candidates for Various Posts in Cabinet Secretariat, for the following positions:

• Research Officer (Economics) (Group ‘B’)
• Deputy Field Officer (Tele) (Group ‘B’)
• Deputy Field Officer (GD) (Group ‘B’)
• Personal Assistant (Group ‘B’)
• Stenographer (Group ‘C’) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Preliminary Examination, followed by Main Examination, and Skill Test / Interview. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on 17^th Jun, 2013. The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ admit card. 

• Candidates can register online by visiting the official link of SSC: http://ssconline2.gov.in/. Online registration began from 17^th Mar, 2013 and will close on 15^th Apr, 2013 (Part-I Registration) and on 17^th Apr, 2013 (Part-II Registration). Eligibility Conditions 

For Research Officer (Economics)

• Honour’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Commerce from a recognized University / Institute

For Deputy Field Officer (Tele)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics and Mathematics(studied for all the three years) from a recognized University / Institute
                                  Or
  B.Sc (Hons) in Physics (with Mathematics for the first two years) from a recognized University / Institute
                                   Or
  Three years Diploma in Telecommunications / Radio Engineering / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunication from a reputed Institute
                                    Or
  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications or its equivalent Diploma from a recognized Institution, or Certificate of Proficiency Class-II (Radio Electronics) Examination conducted by The Ministry of Communications.

For Deputy Field Officer (GD)

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institute

For Personal Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Institute / University

For Stenographer

• Passed Class 12th from a recognized Board or University 

Age Limit

• 30 years: Research Officer / Deputy Field Officer (Tele / GD) / Personal Assistant
• 18-27 years: Stenographer 

Application Fee: Rs.100 (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / EXS / Female candidates) 

How to Apply

• Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official link of SSC: http://ssconline2.gov.in/
  
  
• The online registration will be in 2 parts i.e., Registration I & Registration II.
  
  
• Online registration began from 17^th Mar, 2013 and will close on 15^th Apr, 2013 (Part-I Registration) and on 17^th Apr, 2013 (Part-II Registration).
  
  
• After completion of the Part-I Registration, the system will generate a fee payment option i.e., Net Banking option or Challan.
  
  
• Candidates can pay the application fee amount for Rs.100, through SBI Challan, or online account with SBI.
  
  
• In Part-II Registration, candidates have to fill the fee payment details, and have to upload their scanned copies of passport size photograph and signature.
  
  
• After completing the Part-II Registration, the system will generate a complete application form, which candidates should print out and keep it with them for the future reference.
