State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the following positions:
- General Manager (Production) / Additional General Manager (Production)
- Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Manager (Marketing)
- Assistant General Manager (F&A)
- Manager (F&A)
- Assistant Manager (System)
- Management Trainee (Engineering)
Note
- Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academics, written test and personal interview.
- Candidates short-listed by the screening committee will be called for the test.
- The scheduled of test will be announced later.

Eligibility Conditions
For General Manager (Production) / Additional General Manager (Production)
- B Sc Degree in Agriculture with MBA Degree in Agriculture Business Management or M Sc Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Seed Technology or Doctorate in Agricultural Science 55% in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution and minimum 15 years post qualification experience in the relevant field, out of which 7 years of experience should be in Senior Managerial position Or
- B Sc Degree in Agriculture with MBA Degree in Agriculture Business or BE / B Sc / B Tech Degree in Agriculture Engineering or M Sc Degree in Agriculture / Agronomy / Seed Production / Seed Technology) with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute and minimum 12 years post qualification experience in the relevant field, out of which 5 years of working experience should be in Senior Managerial position
- Candidates should be below the age of 55 years.
For Assistant General Manager (Marketing) / Manager (Marketing)
- B Sc Degree in Agriculture with MBA Degree in Marketing / Agriculture Business Management or M Sc Degree in Agriculture with 55% marks in aggregate from a University / Institute
- Minimum 8 years or 6 years of post qualification experience the relevant field, out of which 4 years should be in a managerial position or in a supervisory officer position.
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years (Asst. General Manager) or 45 years (Manager).
For Assistant General Manager (F&A)
- Should be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost & Works Accountants Or
- MBA Degree in Finance with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 8 years of post qualification experience, out of which 4 years should be in a Senior Managerial position equal to scale of pay of Rs 16400-40500 of SFCI Limited and above in related field
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
For Manager (F&A)
- Should be an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost & Works Accountants Or
- MBA Degree in Finance with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience, out of which 4 years should be in a Senior Managerial position equal to scale of pay of Rs 12600-32500 in SFCI Limited and above in related field
- Candidates should be below the age of 48 years.
For Assistant Manager (System)
- BE / B Tech Degree in Information Technology / Electronics and Telecommunication / Computer Science from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling SAP / ERP Departments in independent basis or having experience in implementing ERP System preferably in multi unit organization
- Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
For Management Trainee (Engineering)
- BE / B Tech Degree in Agriculture Engineering from recognized University / Institute with 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Should have good knowledge of Farm Machinery & Power / Soil & Water Conservation Engineering / Seed Processing / Irrigation and Civil work
- Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
