Eligibility Conditions
For Assistant Officer Trainee (R&D and QC)
- B.Sc Degree with 60% marks in aggregate, with M.Sc Degree in Chemistry / Microbiology with 1st class division (70% marks in aggregate) from a recognized University / Institute
For Assistant Field Officer Trainee (Plantation / Forestry)
- B.Sc Degree of Agriculture / Forestry with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- M.Sc Degree of Agriculture / Forestry with 1st class division (70% marks in aggregate) from a recognized University / Institute
For Assistant Officer Trainee (HR) / Assistant Officer (HR)
- Bachelor’s Degree of Arts / Science / Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- MBA Degree with specialization in HR with 70% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
For the post of Assistant Officer (HR)
- Candidates should have minimum 2 years of post qualification experience in the executive cadre of a reputed organization, in HR Department and have ability to deal with Labour & Labour Laws, Labour Welfare, Training, Industrial Relations, Counseling, Grievance Redressal, Settlement of Industrial Disputes, etc.
For Assistant Officer (Accounts)
- CA / ICWA from a recognized Institute
- Minimum 2 years of work experience including Industrial Training in the relevant field
For Assistant Officer (Marketing)
- Bachelor’s Degree of Arts / Science / Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- MBA Degree with specialization in Marketing Management with 1st class division (70% marks in aggregate) from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in a reputed Paper Mill
