Eligibility Condition
For DM Medical Oncology:
MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MD or equivalent) in General Medicine or Pediatrics or Radiotherapy.
For M.Ch. Surgical Oncology:
MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or equivalent) in General Surgery Or ENT (Otorhinolaryngology) Or Orthopedics Or Gynecology Surgery
For M.Ch. Gynecological Oncology:
MCI recognized postgraduate degree (MS or MD Gynecology equivalent) in Gynecological Surgery. This course will be started in 2011 subject to final permission being granted by MCI and MOHFW before the due date.
N0te:- The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (MD/MS or equivalent) in no more than two attempts.
Important:- Those who are currently doing any DM/MCh/DNB (SS) anywhere in India are not eligible.
Candidates who have appeared for MD/MS exam this year may apply within the last date of application. They will be provisionally admitted for the CET.
Age limit:
Not more than 40 years on the day of CET.
How To Apply
Application forms are available from TMH Web site – http://tmc.gov.in
All interested candidates having the minimum eligibility criteria should open the application form online and fill it correctly and completely. All the entries in the form should be filled without any mistakes. Thereafter, the completed application should be saved and then printed. Candidates are advised to print the completed application form on one side of the paper only.
The application must be accompanied with attested copies of all the documents listed on the form.
The form which has been completed online must be printed, signed and mailed to the office of the Director - Academics, TMC on or before 14th June, 2011 up to 05.00 p.m. with copies of all certificates and documents attached. The envelope containing the application should be superscripted “APPLICATION FOR DM/M.Ch COURSE”.
Duly completed application must be accompanied with a DD drawn on a Nationalized Bank and payable at Mumbai in favor of “DIRECTOR - Tata Memorial Centre” of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only). Demand Draft submitted with this form includes examination fees and is not refundable in any case.
