Additional Secretary
Director (Information Technology / Advanced Studies / Technical)
Deputy Director (Liaison & Public Relations)
Assistant Director (Studies / Human Resources & Administration / IT / Membership / Disciplinary & Legal / Professional Development / CEP / Examination / Finance / Internal Control & Systems / Training & Placement / Technical / International Affairs)

Note

Candidates will be appointed at Kolkata (Headquarters), Delhi and Hyderabad centers. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written examination, followed by group discussion and interview for the posts of Assistant Director and Senior Officers.
For the post of Deputy Director, candidates will be selected on the basis of group discussion and interview. Additional Secretary and Director posts’ recruitment will be done on the basis of interview. The schedule of test / interview will be announced later.

Eligibility Conditions

For Additional Secretary

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with constantly good academic background from a recognized University / Institute
Should be a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Minimum 18 years of working experience in the relevant field
Candidates should be above the age of 45 years and below the age of 55 years.

For Director

Master’s Degreeor Bachelor’s Degreein Engineering /Technology or Master’s Degreeor Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with constantly good academic background from a recognized University / Institute
Master in Computer Applications or Master in Information Technology from a recognized University
        Or
Should be a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and have Ph.D Degree in Finance / Economics / Management with Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University
        Or
ACA / MBA (Finance) Degree / Master of Economics with Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 15 years of working experience in the relevant field
Candidates should be above the age of 40 years and below the age of 50 years.

For Deputy Director

Master’s Degreeor Bachelor’s Degree with constantly good academic background from a recognized University / Institute
Should be a member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India with excellent academic background
ACA / MBA Degree (Finance / Business Communication) or Master of Economics / Commerce / Statistics from a reputed University / Institute
Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications is desirable.
Minimum 7 years of working experience in the relevant field
Candidates should be above the age of 35 years and below the age of 40 years.

For Assistant Director

Master’s Degreeand Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with constantly good academic background from a recognized University / Institute
Should be a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India
Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant field
Candidates should be above the age of 30 years and below the age of 35 years.

For Senior Officer

Master’s Degreeand Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with constantly good academic background from a recognized University / Institute
Should be a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India
Degree / Diploma in Computer Applications is desirable.
Candidates should be above the age of 28 years and below the age of 35 years.
