Applications are invited from eligible candidates for recruitment 2012, for the posts of Accounts Assistant.

Selection Procedure

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of written examination and personal interview.
• Candidates short-listed on the basis of initial screening will be called for the written exam.
• The exam schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Certificate of Computer in A / B / C Level from DOEACC Society or M Sc (IT) from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Candidates should be above the above of 18 years and below the age of 30 years (Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per Government norms).

• Online registration began from 27^th Mar, 2012 and will close on 20^th Apr, 2012.
  
  
• Before filling the online application form, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs.400 /Rs. 200 through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official link of MAHADISCOM.
  
  
• Candidates can make the payment of the fees amount in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra through Challan, in the Account Name: Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company, Ltd. and Account No.: 20045003931.
  
  
• Candidates also have to pay Rs.25 as bank services charges, along with the required amount of application fees.
  
  
• After payment of the fees, the bank will generate a Challan Copy with details of Branch Name, Branch Code No., Transaction ID / Journal No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for its completion.
  
  
• Candidates can pay the fees amount till  20^th Apr, 2012.
  
  
• After submitting the application form, the system will generate a Registration Slip with unique Registration No. and Password, which candidates should secure with them for future reference.
  
  
• The last date for re-print of the online application form is  20^th Apr, 2012.
