• The recruitment is to be done on permanent or temporary basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview, to be conducted by the selection committee. The schedule of interview will be intimated to all short-listed candidates. The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s call letter.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Ph.D Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University
  
  
• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Required years of working experience in the relevant field 

Required Age

• 50 years: Director
• 45 years: Associate Professor
• 38 years: Assistant Professor (Chemistry)
• 35 years: Assistant Professor & Assistant Director
• 33 years: Senior Cartographer
• 30 years: Junior Scientific Officer
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH candidates provided as per government norms 

Application Fee: Rs.25 (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / Female candidates)

• The last date for online registration is  31^st May, 2012 till 23.59 hrs.
  
  
• Candidates applying through online mode should pay an application fee of Rs.25, either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash or through net banking facility of SBI or by Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card.
  
  
• After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a complete application form, which candidates are required to take a print-out and use it for the further process.
  
  
• Printed application form, along with self-attested copies of all required documents and self-addressed postcard with affixed postage of Rs.6 on it, should be submitted to the
