Eligibility Conditions
For Administrative Officer
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
For Professor of Agriculture Chemistry
- M.Sc. degree in Agriculture Chemistry or equivalent. Or M.Sc. degree in Agriculture with specialisation in Agriculture Chemistry or equivalent.
For Professor (Bio-Chemistry)
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with specialisation in Bio-Chemistry or equivalent and ii). Twelve years research/ practical/ teaching experience at degree level in Bio-Chemistry.
Or
Doctorate in Bio-Chemistry or equivalent and ii). Seven years research/ practical teaching experience at degree level in Bio-Chemistry.
For Assistant Professor (Agriculture Chemistry)
- M.Sc. degree in Agriculture Chemistry or equivalent.
Or
M.Sc. degree in Agriculture with specialisation in Agriculture Chemistry or equivalent.
For Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with specialisation in Organic Chemistry or equivalent.
- Seven years research and teaching experience at degree level in Organic Chemistry. Or Doctorate in Organic Chemistry or equivalent.
- Three years research and teaching experience at degree level in Organic Chemistry.
For Assistant Foreman (Electrical)
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. (Passed Sec. ‘A’ and B of AMIE in Electrical Engineering).
For Assistant Foreman (Electronics)
- Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent. (Passed Sec. ‘A’ and B of AMIE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering).
For Assistant Foreman (Mechanical)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. (Passed Sec. ‘A’ and B of AMIE in Mechanical Engineering).
For Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering (Technical)
- BE/ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and ME/ M.Tech. in Water Resource Engineering/ Engineering Hydrology/ Fluid Mechanics/ Irrigation Engineering/ Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health Engineering or equivalent with first class or equivalent either in BE/ B.Tech.
Or
ME/ M.Tech. with specialisation in Water Resource Engineering/ Engineering Hydrology/ Fluid Mechanics/ Irrigation Engineering/ Flood Control/ Hydraulic Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Public Health Engineering or equivalent.
For Assistant Professor in Civil Engineering (Technical)
- BE/ B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and ME/ M.Tech. in Soil Mechanics/ Foundation Engineering/ Geo Technical Engineering/ Soil Dynamics/ Geo-informatics/ Surveying/ Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Engineering/ Geometrics/ Transportation Engineering/ Geo-Environmental Engineering or equivalent with first class or equivalent either in BE/ B.Tech.
Or
ME/ M.Tech. with specialisation in Soil Mechanics/ Foundation Engineering/ Geo Technical Engineering/ Soil Dynamics/ Geo-informatics/ Surveying/ Remote Sensing and Photogrammetric Engineering/ Geometrics/ Transportation Engineering/ Geo-Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
For Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering (Technical)
- BE/ B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering and ME/ M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with first class or equivalent either in BE/ B. Tech. or ME / M.Tech. with specialisation in Circuit System/ Electrical machines.
For Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering (Technical)
- BE/ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and ME/ M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with first class or equivalent either in BE/ B.Tech.
Or
ME / M.Tech. with specialisation in Fluid Mechanics/ Strength of Material/ Mechanics/ Manufacturing Process.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Ballistics)
- Masters degree in Physics or Mathematics or Forensic Science with Physics or Mathematics or Forensic Science as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level or equivalent.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Biology)
- Masters degree in Zoology or Botany or Anthropology or Human Biology or Biochemistry or Micro-Biology or Genetics or Biotechnology or Molecular Biology or Forensic Science with Zoology or Botany or Forensic Science as one of the subjects at B. Sc. level from a recognised university.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Chemistry)
- Masters degree in Chemistry or Toxicology or Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subject at B.Sc. level.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Documents)
- Masters degree in Physics or Chemistry or Computer Science or Forensic Science with Physics or Chemistry or Forensic Science or Computer Science as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level or equivalent. Or BE/ B.Tech. in Computer Engineering or MCA/ M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Photo)
- Graduate degree preferably in Science with diploma in photography or equivalent.
For Senior Scientific Officer (Physics)
- Masters degree in Physics or Forensic Science with Physics or Forensic Science as one of the subjects at B.Sc. level or equivalent.
