Applications are invited from talented and competent Indian aspirants for the posts of Specialist Officers for the following positions:

Note

Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in IBPS Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS) of Specialist Officers March 2012, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Candidates short-listed by the selection committee will be called for group discussion and personal interview. The interview will be held at Kolkata, Guwahati and Ranchi centers. Interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

For Agricultural Field Officers (JMGS - I)

Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Allied specializations such as Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Dairy Science / Agriculture Engineering / Fishery Science / Pisciculture / Agriculture Marketing & Cooperation from a recognized University / Institute Should have obtained IBPS score in CWE for Specialist Officers March 2012, Total Weighted Score (TWS) of minimum 112 (General) and minimum 104 (SC / ST / OBC / PWD), and as Individual Cut Off should be minimum 24 (General) and minimum 21 (SC / ST / OBC / PWD)

For Technical Officers (JMGS - I)

BE / B Tech Degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute Should have obtained IBPS score in CWE for Specialist Officers March 2012, Total Weighted Score (TWS) of minimum 120 (General) and minimum 113 (SC / ST / OBC / PWD), and as Individual Cut Off should be minimum 24 (General) and minimum 21 (SC / ST / OBC / PWD)

Required Age

Candidates should be above the age of 20 years and below the age of 35 years.
Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates provided as per Government norms.

Online registration commences from 15^th Jun, 2012 and will close on June 29^th Jun, 2012.
Before filling the online application form, candidates have to pay a fee amount of Rs.100/Rs.20, through Challan / NEFT.
Candidates can make the payment of the fee amount in any branch of United Bank of India through Challan or can make the payment through NEFT, in the CBS Account No. 0389050194266, with Old Court House Street Branch in the Name & Style of United Bank of India Specialist Officers Recruitment Project 2012-13, and IFSC Code “UTBI0OCH175”.
After paying the fees amount, the bank will generate a Challan / NEFT Receipt with details of Branch Name & Code No, Transaction Id / Scroll No., NEFT UTR No. and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for its completion.
Candidates can pay the fee amount from 15^th Jun, 2012 till 29^th Jun, 2012.
After submitting the application form, candidates should take a printout of the filled-in application form, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview along with the fee payment Challan copy / NEFT Receipt, IBPS score, passport size photographs and attested copies of all relevant certificates.
