Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in Commerce offered at the Department of Commerce for 2014-15.

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should hold honors (10+2+3) or bachelor degree in Commerce from any recognized university.

How to Apply

• The application form is downloadable from the University web-site (www.caluniv.ac.in).
  
  
• The application form, duly filled in, is to be submitted to the Head, Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta, after payment of Rs.100

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be based on written test conducted by the university followed by personal interview.

• Deadline for submission of application forms: 14^th Feb, 2014 (Friday)
• Publication in the university website of list of candidates eligible for written test: 28^th Feb, 2014 (Friday)
• Date of written admission test (only for non-NET/SET/SLET/M.Phil./M.Tech. candidates): 7^th Mar, 2014 (Friday)
• Date of personal interview (for NET/SET/SLET/M.Phil./M.Tech. candidates and non-NET/SET/SLET/M.Phil./M.Tech.): 4^th Apr, 2014 (Friday)
