Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into two year full time Master of Arts (M.A) program in Social Work offered at Department of Social Work for 2013. 

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 year) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
  
  
• Candidates with B.A (honours) in Social Work with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
  
  
• Candidates appearing in the final year examination of the bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply subject to the qualifications listed above. 

How to Apply

• The application form can also be downloaded from the website http://www.du.ac.in/
  
  
• Admission bulletin along with application forms shall be available from 10^th Jan, 2013 to 11^th Feb, 2013 and may be obtained from the Department of Social Work against a cash payment of Rs.650 (Rs.450 for SC/ST/PWD candidates) at the department counter, or by post along with a demand draft of Rs.700 (Rs.500 in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) drawn in favor of The Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi.
  
  
• Application form completed in all respects, should reach the office of the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi, either by hand or post latest by 4.00 p.m. on Monday, 18th February, 2013.
  
  
• The application forms downloaded from the website should be accompanied with a demand draft of Rs.700 (Rs.500 in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates) drawn in favour of The Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi.

Selection Procedure

• The selections of candidates are done based on admission test, personal interview and group discussion.

• Last date of submission of application form: 18^th Feb, 2013 (Monday)
• Entrance test (written) date: 3^rd Mar, 2013 (Sunday)
