Applications are invited by University of Delhi (DU), New Delhi for admission to the Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in Social Work program offered at the Department of Social Work for the commencing session 2012-13.
Eligibility
The candidates should have completed M.A (Social Work) degree from any recognized university in India or Abroad with 55% or more marks or equivalent grade.
Candidates awaiting their result of final year examination are also eligible to apply.
How to Apply
The application form along with the information bulletin can be obtained from the Department of Social Work at the cost of Rs. 650/- for general candidates and Rs. 450 for SC/ST/PWD candidates in person or by post.
The application form can also be downloaded from their official website - www.du.ac.in.
The completed application forms along with a demand draft (in case of downloaded application forms) of Rs. 700/- for general candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates, drawn in favor of ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’, payable at Delhi should be submitted to the Department by hand or post.
Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the entrance test which will be conducted by the university.

Date of Entrance Exam 4th Aug, 2012.
