A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh has released the counselling schedule for UPSEE 2017.
All the concerned candidates can visit the official website i.e upsee.nic.in and check the dates. A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Uttar Pradesh, conducted the examination on April 16, 22 and 23.
The exam is conducted every year for admission to various colleges across UP for undergraduate courses such as engineering, management, architecture, pharmacy, fashion, designing and computer applications.
Examination Details: The exam was conducted for eleven papers with objective multiple type questions, except drawing aptitude test (Part B of paper 4).
The candidates were required to opt for papers and subjects to appear in the entrance examination. Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 and Paper 4 were OMR based tests only. Paper 5, Paper 6, Paper 7, Paper 8, Paper 9, Paper 10 and Paper 11 were computer based test only.
Important dates:
- First round: June 19 to July 2
- Second round: July 3 to July 10
- Third round: July 11 to July 17
- Fourth round: July 19 to July 25
- Fifth round: July 31 to August 5
- Provisional allotment letter and reporting at institute: July 26 to July 29
- Vacancy Details by institute on ERP: July 30
- Spot counselling: August 6 to August 15
Important Notice:
Also, from this year onwards, it would be mandatory for the candidates to provide their Aadhaar card number during registration. Apart from that candidates will also require their class 10 and 12 mark sheets, passport-sized photographs.
