Utkal University of Culture (UUC), Bhubaneswar Invites Applications for Admission into Ph.D Programs 2015

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following programme for 2015.

Eligibility Conditions

Master degree with at least 55% of marks in the mentioned disciplines ae eligible.
Candidate must qualify through an entrance test followed by an interview conducted by the university.
Teachers, professionals of colleges/university/institutions of higher education with seven years teaching/professional experience shall be exempted from appearing the entrance test and interview.

The cost of application form is of Rs.500/- and for entrance examination, the fee is Rs:2000/-.
The amount may be deposited in the shape of bank draft drawn in favour of Utkal University of Culture, payable at United Bank of India, market building, unit-2, Bhubaneswar.

Selection Procedure

Candidate must qualify through the entrance test and interview conducted by the university.
Candidates qualifying UGC-CSIR NET/ GATE/ SLET/DBT/ICMR/ICAR/ ICHR/ ICSSR/ INSPIRE fellowship of DST/Rajiv Gandhi national fellowship/dept. of culture, Govt. of India and other national bodies and awardees of teacher fellowship and such other fellowship as will be approved by the vice-chancellor from time to time are also exempted from entrance test and interview.
M.Phil degree holders are also exempted from entrance test and interview provided they have been admitted to M.Phil program through a written entrance test.
