Applications are invited from well-educated and skillful professionals for the posts of Research & Development (R&D) Department for the following positions:

• Manager (R&D) (E-4)
• Deputy Manager (R&D) (E-3) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions 

• Ph.D Degree in Metallurgy / Materials Science / Chemical Engineering / Ceramics Engineering with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum Three years (for E-4 grade) and One year (for E-3 grade) of post qualification experience in Research & Development department, in the field of Iron and Steel Industry
  
  
• Candidates, who have published good research work in a reputed National / International Journals, will be preferred. 

Required Age

• 42 years: Manager
• 39 years: Deputy Manager
• Age relaxation for OBC / SC candidates provided as per organization norms

• After payment of the fees, the bank will generate a Challan Copy with details of Branch Name, Branch Code No., Transaction ID / Journal No., and Date of Deposit & Amount, which candidates are required to send along with the application form.
  
  
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with the Vizag Challan Copy, self-attested & affixed passport size photograph and self-attested copies of all the relevant certificates, should be submitted to:
