Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of junior Engineer (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) vacancies through combined competitive examination. Apply online before 11^th Apr, 2016.

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 32 years. The age of the applicant should be as on 1st January 2016.

Qualification

Candidates should have Diploma in civil engineering / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering from state council bar engineering and technical education, West Bengal or its equivalent departmental candidates will also eligible to apply provided they process the requisite educational qualification.

Selection Procedure

The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Application fee

Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 160/- only plus service charge. 1% of examination fee subject to a minimum of Rs 5/- only for online payment through debit card / credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as government duty or service charge of Rs 5/- only for net banking or service charge of Rs 20/- only for pay
