Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, is a deemed university of higher education, learning and research and is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The university was formed in the year 1983 and is affiliated by UGC, NAAC, NBA an AICTE. Dr. A.R. Bhalerao is the principal of the university. The campus of the university is occupied in the area of 85 acres and is the house of over 1000 students, 126 students in postgraduates and 700 students in undergraduates. The campus is located about 5 km from the Pune main city. It is basically located on Pune-Satara road.
