S.R.M. University, Sri Ramaswamy Memorial University, is a private university of higher education and learning and is located in Chennai, Trichy, India. It was formed in the year 1986 by the Government of India and is affiliated by NAAC and UGC. Mr. T.R. Pachamuthu is the chancellor and M. Ponnavaikko is the vice-chancellor of the university.
